General terms governing use of the ChargeZone website, digital quotation tools, and installation services in Oman.
Acceptance
These terms are published by Ammar And Jawad Global Investments LLC (trading as ChargeZone Oman). By accessing our website, creating an account, or accepting a written proposal, you agree to these terms and any project-specific contract or statement of work that applies.
If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Quotations & projects
Digital quotes are estimates based on information you provide and site conditions known at the time of issue. Final pricing may change after on-site survey, electrical upgrades, or scope changes approved in writing.
Installation dates depend on permit readiness, material availability, and weather. We will communicate delays promptly.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate site and electrical information
- Ensure safe access for survey and installation crews
- Obtain landlord or authority approvals where required
- Pay agreed deposits and milestones per the accepted proposal
Warranty & liability
Equipment warranties follow manufacturer terms. Our workmanship warranty period is stated in your project documentation.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability for a project is limited to fees paid for that project unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; courts in Muscat have non-exclusive jurisdiction where required.
